Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science  
The major combines up to 30 hours of occupational or technical course work from a community college with 30 hours of business courses and the core curriculum 

Bachelor of Arts in Administration  
This major combines 18 to 30 hours of course work concentrated in a specific area with 30 hours of business courses and the core curriculum 

Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources  
This major will prepare student for challenges in the workplace related to managing and developing people.  Not just for HR careers, but those who desire to improve their ability to solve problems, improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of people in organizations. 

Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development 
This major prepares students for challenges related to improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency by increasing the capacity for individual, groups and organizations to adapt to change.  Especially for those desiring to learn approaches for introducing new methods or practices in the workplace, and in helping organizations solve problems and achieve goals. 

Master of Arts and Administration  
The MAA Program is unique among graduate programs in South Texas in that it provides participates with core competencies in administration as well as essential knowledge, skills, and abilities in specialties such as Organizational Development.
