Community Education and the Academy of Fine Arts provide outstanding Arts and enrichment instruction for area middle, high school students, as well as life long learners.

 The Community Education Programs include:

The San Antonio Youth Wind Ensembles

The AFA Jazz Band the Summer Theatre Workshop, and fine arts classes to include painting and drawing. All classes are designed to allow the motivated students to pursue their passion in the arts in a full immersion collegiate level experience. All classes are developed to conclude with performances and presentations, admission—free, for the campus and the community.
