With over 1,000 full-time and part-time employees, our student-centered team of faculty, staff and administrators share a positive perception of their workplace environment. Employee engagement is ranked among the best in the nation on the Personal Assessment of the College Environment survey conducted by the National Initiative for Leadership and Institutional Effectiveness (NILIE)

Each year, faculty and staff participate in an Annual Employee Giving Campaign, donating to the United Way or Alamo Colleges Foundation (Alamo Colleges District) scholarships and programs. Employees together with students, also volunteer their time and skills throughout the community supporting a variety of organizations.
