Welcome to the Alamo Colleges District, one of the largest post-secondary districts in Texas. I hope you will take a few minutes to explore our website ( and learn more about our five independently accredited, state-of-the-art colleges, our diverse programs and our inspiring students and faculty.

The Chancellor’s web page is intended to provide access to important information and support our commitment to engaging in open and transparent communication. The page includes links to relevant articles and reports and information related to our Alamo Way journey, our strategic plan, key performance indicators and other pertinent data. It also provides an avenue to access Board Policies, the Roundup Newsletter and a notable list of our awards and recognitions.

From time to time, I send emails to the Alamo College District family, with updates on funding, the legislative session, best practices, state or national trends, or innovative and proven initiatives. Those too are shared on this site in the spirit of transparency.

I take great pride in serving as the Chancellor of the Alamo College District and I appreciate your visiting our site. I invite you to visit again soon as the content is updated on a regular basis. My goal is for the Chancellor’s web page to reflect our values of: Students First, Can-Do Spirit, Data-Informed, Respect for All, Community-Engaged, and Collaboration.

As always, your comments and recommendations as to the structure and material on this site are encouraged and welcomed. Please send your thoughts to the webmaster.

Best regards,

Bruce Leslie, Chancellor
